Ingredients

  • 200g Hummus
  • 6Sl. Zucchini
  • 1tsp Harissa
  • 2tsp Olive oil
  • 1Pn. Pepper

Preparation

Cut the zucchini into pieces and fry in a pan with a little olive oil. Spread the bread slices generously with hummus. Then add a little harissa to the bread. Then arrange the grilled zucchinis and whole walnuts on the bread. Finish with a drizzle of olive oil and fresh pepper.
