Conclusion

Was steck jetzt hinter dem Vorurteil „Trockenfrüchte essen nur Menschen mit Verdauungsproblemen“? Die getrockneten Cranberries und Pflaumen zeigen, dass sie weit mehr positive Eigenschaften auf Lager haben als nur die Aufgabe des „Verdauungshelfers“. Natürlich kurbeln sie durch die enthaltenen Ballaststoffe die Verdauung ordentlich an, allerdings bieten sie durch das bei der Trocknung entzogene Wasser weitere vielfältige Nährstoffe in konzentrierter Form. Besonders die sekundären Pflanzenstoffe lassen sich in hoher Konzentration in den getrockneten Früchten finden. Diese wirken sich positiv auf lebensnotwendige Körperfunktionen wie zum Beispiel die Herz-Kreislauf-Funktionen aus.
