Fancy a chocolaty treat? Then these vegan brownies arejustthe thing! They come completely without flour and refined sugar , are super moist and full of natural ingredients. The combination of sweet dates, crunchy walnuts and a creamy chocolate layer makes them irresistible. Easy toprepare and perfect forsnacking .

Schokoladenriegel liegen auf einem Teller, daneben ein Behälter auf einem Tuch.

Preparation

Place the rolled oats, dates, maple syrup, almond butter, plant-based milk, cocoa and roughly chopped walnuts in a blender and mix until you have a firm mixture. Pour the mixture into a mold, press it down firmly and place it in the freezer.

In the meantime, melt the chocolate together with the almond butter over a bain-marie. Spread the chocolate layer over the chilled brownie batter and sprinkle with a little coarse salt.

Now just cut into pieces - and enjoy! Have fun snacking!
