Preparation of the dip
Finely dice the onion. Sauté the onions in a pan with a little oil for about 5 minutes until golden. If necessary, add a little water so that the onions do not roast or become too dark. Mix the vegan crème fraîche with the diced onions and the remaining dip ingredients.
Preparation of the snack platter
Cut the vegetables into bite-sized pieces and arrange on a platter. Place the Seeberger nut variety in a bowl and arrange on the snack platter together with the French onion dip.
