Ingredients

  • 500g Applesauce
  • 250g Mascarpone
  • 100g Yogurt
  • 50g Cream
  • 40g Powdered sugar
  • 1pc Vanilla pulp from a vanilla pod
  • 1tsp Cinnamon
  • 50g brown sugar
  • 1tbsp Butter

Suitable for:

  • vegetarian

Preparation

  1. Whip the mascarpone, yogurt, cream, powdered sugar, vanilla and cinnamon until creamy.
  2. For the nut brittle, melt the butter, toast the Seeberger nut kernel mix, add the sugar and allow to caramelize.
  3. Alternate layers of apple sauce and cream, top with nut brittle - enjoy.
