Refuel for a long (working) day! The sun-dried, unsulphured apricots come from the Turkish province of Malatya in Eastern Anatolia and supply the body with important nutrients. They are of a particularly good size and shape and are quick-dried in the sun straight after harvesting, locking in important nutrients, as well as the aroma and natural flavour of the fruits. The apricots, varying from reddish-brown to dark brown in colour, are selected and de-stoned by hand and captivate with a caramel-like and natural sweetness.
