Preparation

Place the rolled oats, bananas, maple syrup and oat milk in a blender and blend until creamy. The smoothie should be quite thick, adjust the amount of oat milk if necessary. Now divide the smoothie mixture between two bowls and then deseed the pomegranate.

Serve the smoothie bowl with whole dried apricots, pistachios and pomegranate seeds.
