Ingredients

  • 50g Peanut butter crunchy, without added sugar
  • 30g Chocolate, vegan (chocolate with a high cocoa content is usually vegan)
  • 1tsp Fleur de Sel

Preparation

Fill each date with a teaspoon of peanut butter. Chop the vegan chocolate and place a few chocolate chips on each date. Then top the dates with the nut kernel mixture and finish the date bites with a pinch of sea salt.
