Dice the apple and dried figs. Place in a pan over a medium heat with a little coconut oil and sauté. Add a little maple syrup and some cardamom. Deglaze with a dash of elderberry juice and simmer for a few minutes to make a compote. Roughly chop the walnuts and mix with the honey. Then briefly caramelize the walnuts in a pan. Serve the yoghurt with the compote and walnuts. Sweeten with a little honey if required.
