Ingredients

  • 500ml Milk alternative, unsweetened
  • 2pc ripe bananas
  • 2tsp Chocolate drops or chopped chocolate
  • 1Pn. Cardamom, more to taste
  • 1tsp Ceylon cinnamon
  • 1pc Organic lemon for juice
  • 1pn Nutmeg, grated
  • 1Pn. Salt

Preparation

Place the porridge in a blender with the dates, milk, cashew nuts and a chopped banana. Then season to taste with cardamom, cinnamon and maple syrup. Blend the smoothie well in the blender for at least 45 seconds. Pour the smoothie into large glasses and garnish with fresh banana slices and some chocolate drops.
